I'm a qualified Personal Trainer passionate about helping women achieve their health & fitness goals. I take a wholesome approach to health & fitness and I work with my clients to build positive habits that lead to long-term changes, as well as finding balance when it comes to training and nutrition.

I'm also a qualified Sports Nutritionist. I take a wholesome approach to nutrition. I love educating my clients on energy balance, fat loss, muscle gain and changing body composition as I also believe this is empowering to learn. I love helping people get to a point where they can find peace and enjoyment around food, and don't feel restricted at all.

After deciding to make some changes in my life, with a disordered past with eating and exercise, I was initially quite apprehensive to enter the health and fitness space. Georgia came as a recommendation from a colleague, so I decided to try my luck in finding a professional to help my achieve my goals. I wanted to achieve my goals (that were initially just about fat loss) in a sustainable method, so that my progress would be long term and enjoyable. I had never tried weight training before, and when starting with Georgia was barely able to do activities like body weight squats. Fast forward almost a year, and I have truly fallen in love with moving my body - I miss it when I’m not able to (and that is something that never rang true to me previously). My goals have since changed and are not so driven by aesthetics. Instead, my focus is on gaining strength and cardiovascular and fitness - and looking hot while doing it. Looking back at this past year, I can see what an impact Georgia has had towards my journey and self confidence - since working with her I have completed my first triathlon, run my first 10km, gone hiking for 13 days and had so many personal bests in the gym. Additionally, my relationship with food has changed, and although not perfect, I have learnt a lot about how to properly fuel my body to get results, without sacrificing the foods that are good for the soul. Georgia is a kind, encouraging trainer that treats me like a friend. I feel like she cares about me on a personal level, and she is truly committed to her clients. I am immensely happy with my choice and would urge anyone considering her services to take the plunge.
